I'm back at it. The last few weeks have buzzed on by! For the most part, I have stuck to my meal planning, at least loosely, but I haven't had the time or energy to post them! (Or anything else, for that matter!) So here it is!
Monday: Pork loin (crockpot), Yellow Rice, Green Beans
Tuesday: Hamburger Noodle Bake
Wednesday: Roasted Chicken Breast (plus extra for chicken salad-lunches), Summer Squash Casserole, Lima Beans
Thursday: Leftover Buffet
Friday: Wanchai Ferry: Beef and Broccoli (had a ton of coupons for this!)

I love your meal plan for this week.
Hmmm...we might be having the same things...but a day off. Good ideas! Oh, and I love the "leftover buffet". In our house we call it the smorgasbord. :-)
